Garrett Sell
Senior Partner
Garrett Sell is the founder and Senior Partner of Commercial Legacy Advisors. A native of Jamestown, New York, and resident of Florida since 2007, Garrett has spent his entire higher education and 18-year professional career in real estate.
Over his career he has been a party in real estate transactions representing more than 500 million dollars in volume and as a result, he has developed a high degree of business acumen in commercial real estate. His portfolio has grown to over 400 properties with holdings in the following asset classes; residential, multifamily, land, single and multi-tenant industrial, and nationally tenanted investment grade net lease property. Current portfolio holdings include properties in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Washington State, and Wyoming.
Garrett is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the organization. His responsibilities include asset and portfolio allocation, value add strategy formulation, acquisition decisions, capital markets relations, market analysis involving demographic and growth trends, as well as economic forecasting.

Benjamin Pantazi
Managing Partner
Benjamin Pantazi is the Managing Partner and Acquisitions Manager of Commercial Legacy Advisors. He is responsible for the growth and profitability of the group, as well as investor, property owner, and client relations. Additionally, his responsibilities include property specific market analysis, value-add strategy execution, negotiation of agreements and overall marketing fulfillment.
Over his Career, Ben has sourced, negotiated, and effectuated the Purchase of Millions of Dollars worth of Commercial, and Residential Real estate assets working directly with property owners, Brokers, and Council to consistently create Win-Win solutions leaving all parties satisfied.
Ben began his career in real estate while attending the University of Tampa, where he founded a Land and Investment Property Acquisitions firm in the Tampa Bay area in 2017. Prior to his career in real estate, he spent several years in sales and operations at Maserati and Infinity of Danvers Massachusetts, in addition to founding, operating, and exiting a Mobile detailing business in the Exotic Automotive space of New England where he is originally from.

Daniel Bolnick
CEO
Daniel Bolnick attended Florida State University where he majored and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Mr. Bolnick, at the age of 21 while still a college student, started his own transportation company before selling the business at the age of 24 and moving back to Tampa Bay to begin his career in real estate.
Mr. Bolnick has since managed a portfolio of over 170 residential units, numerous commercial properties, and has oversited a private lending company for real estate investors.
Mr. Bolnick’s responsibilities include performing the transaction management and oversight, performing due diligence, underwriting and financial analysis while also forming relationships with brokers and sellers for Commercial Legacy Advisors. Additionally, Mr. Bolnick assists in business development functions as he continues to implement a forward looking approach for the organization.

Matt Lyon
Acquisitions Specialist
Matthew Lyon has a dual role in business development in addition to being an Acquisitions Specialist for Commercial Legacy Advisors. He is responsible for the profitable growth of the portfolio, acquiring new assets, building relationships, and completing financial analysis on target properties.
Previously, he was a founder and managing partner of a real estate investment firm for the last nine years that focused on distressed assets in the single-family market. Prior to this, he has spent time working in business banking and industrial acquisitions. He graduated from Marian University with degrees in Finance and Accounting.
As a former semi-pro hockey and rugby player, Matthew brings the experience of working within a high-level team environment to develop dynamic strategies that realize the most rewarding outcomes.

Jimmy Culler
Broker Relations Manager
Jimmy Culler is a Broker located in the Seminole, FL area, and he has lived in the Pinellas County area for over 20 years with his wife, two teenage boys, and two dogs that are very spoiled.
Jimmy has been a full time real estate investor in Florida since 2005. Specializing in buying/selling and wholesaling of investment property in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas of Central FL, he
has completed 100's of transactions in just the past few years.
His knowledge of local real estate values and investing could be a great addition to your investment plans in the future. He recognizes that there is tremendous value in being responsive and communicating efficiently, and takes great pride in seeing things all the way through.

Pauline Robinson
Operations Director
Pauline began her professional journey in the film industry, where she worked as a production coordinator, talent agent, and casting director. In these roles, she gained hands-on experience managing budgets, organizing production timelines, and negotiating contracts—skills that built a solid foundation for her future in operations and leadership.
After relocating to the U.S. in 2013, Pauline transitioned into residential property management. She quickly advanced from front desk agent to administrative assistant, then to assistant manager and ultimately property manager of high-rise condominiums in Miami. After earning her CAM (Community Association Manager) license, she became a general manager and was later promoted to Regional Director, overseeing a portfolio of over 38 residential communities and leading a team of 17 property managers.
Today, Pauline brings her deep operational experience to the commercial real estate sector as a key team member at Commercial Legacy Advisors. In her current role, she supports company growth by ensuring operational excellence and empowering the team to achieve both individual and organizational success.
Philip Rosen
Real Estate Attorney Senior Counsel - Becker Poliakoff
Philip Rosen is the Chair of the firm's Realestate practice group. His practice is focused on commercial and residential realestate matters and business transactions. with more than 16 years' experience, he has counseled countless clients through the life cycle of their transactions. His clients include investors, developers REIT's, commercial landlords and tenants, private and institutional lenders, franchisees and business owners across Florida and the U. S He routinely collaborates with brokers, lenders, and investors to help push clients deals across the finish line.
Philip also assists clients with all aspects of probate and trust administration, including marshaling assets, communicating and negotiating with beneficiaries and creditors, and the distribution of assets.
Cherrie F. Goudreau
